WHAT YOU'LL FIND

Members enjoy a rotating schedule of fitness classes led by expert instructors throughout the year. Through partnerships with a variety of trainers and specialty providers, the Club offers programming that ranges from yoga and restorative flow to Pilates, HIIT, strength conditioning, and seasonal specialty formats. Classes often take place in some of the most scenic areas of the Club, including waterfront decks, lawn spaces, and breezy outdoor patios. The variety, setting, and quality of instruction make every session both motivating and enjoyable, offering members ongoing opportunities to stay active and engaged.

FITNESS PARTNERSHIPS AND GUEST EXPERIENCES

To enhance our year-round fitness offerings, CYC partners with a variety of professional instructors and organizations to bring members exclusive experiences and elevated training opportunities. This includes collaborations such as FIT4MOM for prenatal, postnatal, and stroller-based workouts, as well as pop-up events featuring guest instructors from Equinox. Throughout the year, we continue to introduce additional partnerships, themed series, and specialty classes designed to keep the fitness schedule fresh, engaging, and inspiring for members at every stage of their wellness journey.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Class announcements, schedules, and sign-ups are available through the CYC Event Calendar and member communications. Most fitness programming is included in your membership, with select specialty offerings available at a preferred member rate. To make the most of your class experience, we recommend wearing comfortable, movement-ready clothing and bringing any needed items such as a yoga mat, towel, or water bottle. Arriving a few minutes early is encouraged so you can settle in, warm up, and enjoy the atmosphere.

We continue to expand class times, instructor lineups, and themed programs so members can create fitness routines that fit their lifestyle. Fitness at CYC is more than a workout—it is a way to connect, recharge, and strengthen both body and mind.
