Fitness and Wellness
CYC offers a variety of activities and facilities to help you stay healthy and active. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of members of all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.
Classes include Pilates, Yoga, Erg Machine Rowing, Bodyweight, and Swimming.
We also have a partnership with Equinox for those who want a more robust fitness routine.
Schedule:
- Tuesday - Pilates from 9 - 10 a.m.
- Every other Thursday - Erg Rowing from 9 - 10 a.m.
- Friday - Yoga from 9 - 10 a.m.
- Sunday - Bodyweight training from 9 - 10 a.m.
