CYC offers a variety of activities and facilities to help you stay healthy and active. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of members of all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.

We also have a partnership with Equinox for those who want a more robust fitness routine.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday - HIIT Cardio from 7:15 - 8:15 a.m.
  • Racquet Sports (Pickleball and Paddle Tennis)
  • Tai Chi with Gloria - quarterly
