California Yacht Club hosts the Head of the Marina Regatta, the first Sunday of November each year. The Head of the Marina has events for all sculling and sweep boat categories with events for novice, youth, masters, collegiate, and open competitors.

The 2025 Regatta is scheduled for Sunday, November 2.
